Every step has a defined input, a system action, a measurable output — and a piece of proof it leaves behind. Nothing is taken on trust.

The organisation registers, receives a unique Organisation ID, and invites employees by email or bulk upload. Headcount fixes the per-employee price tier.
Each employee completes a timed, scenario-based assessment: MCQs, fill-in-the-blanks, case studies and workplace simulations. Every answer is trace-logged as it is submitted.
The engine scores knowledge, recall, judgment and decisions — with weighted options for case studies and simulations. The individual threshold is strict: 80% or above certifies; below 80% does not.
Readiness is recomputed after every submission. When 95% of employees hold an 80%+ certification, the organisation's status flips to POSH Ready — automatically, with no manual override.
The organisation books an audit, uploads its documentation, and the Internal Committee is verified. On a successful audit, the POSH Compliance Certificate is issued.
